It is said Blue John has been mined since Roman times. It's a form of fluorite, popular because of its beautiful bands of yellow,purple and blue. Found in Derbyshire it is now becoming rare. These pendants show it at its best with a good variety of colours. Pendant shown is round and about 2.5cm across.
